Both telehealth and in-person options are available depending on your preference and location.
What is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT?
CBT is an evidence-based approach that guides the client to make life and behavior changes through active exploration of the connection between thoughts, feeling and behaviors. It is present focused and goal oriented, offering practical strategies and problem solving to address specific life situations and build resilience.
Individual therapy is an opportunity to develop an increased awareness of your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors and employ active strategies for improving daily life functioning and creating sustained change.
The rates of childhood and teen mental health problems have progressively increased in the past decade. At Brighter Outlook, you can expect a supportive and nurturing approach that is grounded in practical, skills-based learning.
Mindful Parenting Skills Group
A virtual group for parents of children ages 2 - 8 years who are looking to learn evidence-based parenting strategies including how to handle the challenges of daily routines, transitions, tantrums, fears/worries, and more.

Each chapter is devoted to tailoring exposure work to a specific anxiety-related condition, such as separation anxiety, phobias, panic, social anxiety, and more, using a variety of creative exposure ideas and activities.
